Our Facilities
ACCI Specialty Materials / A&C Catalysts plant capabilities include Hammer Milling, Jet Milling, Cryogenic Milling to -270C, Vacuum Drying, Three Roll Milling, Mixtrusion, Reactions in Glass Lined, Hastelloy and Stainless Steel Reactors from -40C to 180C in full vacuum, class 10,000 HEPA filtered clean room and GMP manufacturing suites and full pilot plant capabilities.
We maintain two R&D and QC labs, one in Linden, NJ and the other in Harrisonville, MO. Both labs can are extensive instrumentation for chemical analysis and spectroscopy, including FTIR, UV/Vis, AA, LC, GC (FID and TCD) and can accomplish full thermal, physical and chemical analysis of most products using DSC, TGA, DMA, Capillary Rheometry and Viscosity and Laser Particle Size Analysis.
